By accessing the Sites and using any informational materials posted on the Internet by Individual Entrepreneur Yana Valeryevna Yakusheva (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”), any Visitor confirms that they have read and agree that:

· The materials provided by the Contractor do not constitute medical services, psychotherapeutic treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified specialist. They are intended for personal development and learning self‑regulation techniques within the normal spectrum of mental states.

If a Visitor does not meet all of the following conditions, they undertake to immediately leave the Sites and cease using any informational materials:

· they are at least 18 years of age;
· they are not pregnant;
· they are not under psychiatric care/supervision;
· they do not take psychotropic, narcotic, or other substances, or strong prescription drugs not prescribed by a physician;
· they currently have no psychiatric diagnoses or the following conditions: epilepsy, organic brain diseases, severe cognitive impairment, dementia, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, dissociative disorders, post‑traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), acute crisis states accompanied by suicidal thoughts or intentions to harm themselves or others, and any other psychiatric diagnoses, and have no suspicion of such conditions.

If the User is under the care of a physician or psychotherapist for any psychiatric or neurological diagnosis, they undertake to obtain permission from their attending specialist before using the Contractor’s materials.

The User confirms that:

· they undertake to use the recordings only in a safe environment that does not require concentration of attention (not while driving, not while operating machinery, etc.);
· they are aware that unforeseen emotional reactions or states may arise during the process. In the event of persistent discomfort, fear, increased anxiety, or any other undesirable effects, the User undertakes to immediately stop listening and seek an in‑person consultation with a specialist (psychotherapist, psychiatrist, psychologist).

If you do not agree with these terms, you undertake to immediately cease using the Contractor’s materials.
